Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval dish out both cocktails and drama on Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules, but that’s not the only thing these reality television stars are serving up. According to Variety, the couple reportedly dished out a little over $2 million on a farmhouse style house in San Fernando Valley. With this move, Madix and Sandoval are seemingly straying away from their West Hollywood playground and Sur, the restaurant that put them on the map.The Bravo stars will have no trouble hosting their large, tight-knit friend group in the five- bedroom and 5.5 bathroom house. An open floorplan on the main level is ideal for entertaining given its spacious layout and 10-foot ceilings. In the heart of the main level lies a sitting area off of the technologically efficient gourmet kitchen where an oversized glass door opens up to the backyard patio. The outdoor area is equipped with a lavish sun deck, masterful barbecue, lush grass and a pool with a waterfall and infinity edge spa.Madix and Sandoval are sure to bask in the luxury of the master bedroom and adjoining bathroom which features a glass enclosed shower, soaking tub, makeup vanity and his and hers sinks. For any overnight guests, the remaining bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms.Hopefully more glimpses of the stunning abode will appear in the upcoming season of Vanderpump Rules where drama will surely ensue. The listing is represented by Michael Taylor Homes.
