A-Lister Mark Wahlberg Reportedly Drops $37M on an Opulent Delray Beach Estate

Everyone knows Mark Wahlberg has strong ties to Boston and Los Angeles (have you heard of Entourage?). However, the actor reportedly just paid $37 million for a fully-furnished mansion in Florida. The property sits in Stone Creek Ranch, an exclusive enclave of Delray Beach with a total of just 37 estates. The neighborhood is coined “Billionaires’ Row”—and while Wahlberg is not yet a billionaire with an estimated net worth of $400 million—we can only imagine what block parties here could be like.

Aldo Stark developed the contemporary, Italian-style residence dubbed “Palazzo di Lago” with Lake Como-inspired glamour and Bond-esque drama. No wonder Wahlberg was attracted to the property—it looks like a movie set! The Oscar-nominated star’s home style has a history of leaning voluminous and grand, with his longtime estate in L.A. showcasing similar extravagance when he listed it for a whopping $87.5 million in 2022.

Palazzo di Lago features 18,600 square feet of fine design elements, from soaring walls of glass to custom European finishes to high-gloss Brazilian Guyana wood. Upon entry, the double-height foyer is clad in marble, setting the tone for what’s to come. Everything is over-the-top—two islands in the kitchen, a walk-in wine cellar, mother of pearl inlay floors. Wahlberg, a known fitness enthusiast, will likely be hitting the expansive gym with a sauna often. There’s also a movie theater, a car gallery, and a club room with a proper bar.

Stepping outside, it’s easy to imagine this 2.5-acre property being an actual resort. The palm tree-filled grounds hold a unique pool, a guest house, a tennis court, and plenty of spaces to bask in the Florida sun.

Senada Adžem of Douglas Elliman represented Stark in the sale, while Michael Costello of Compass represented Wahlberg.
