Famous actor Liam Neeson is selling his uptown Manhattan apartment. The Upper West Side listing is in a luxury high-rise, the Park Millennium. It sits just a block from Central Park and is near Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.
With three exposures, the unit offers plenty of light with views of the park and glimpses of the Hudson River. The condo spans 4,524 square-feet and totals five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The primary suite, of course, is the most impressive with a sitting area, two bathrooms, a gym, and sweeping Central Park views. The kitchen is massive, by NYC standards, and boasts custom millworker.
According to the Robb Report, the award-winning actor purchased the combined three-unit residence in 1999 for $3.9 million with his late wife, actress Natasha Richardson. Neeson listed the spread at the beginning of 2024 for $12.8 million, but he just slashed the price. Reportedly, he also owns a large estate in New York, quite a ways from the bright city lights.
For those who are “taken” with his UWS home, it will cost you $10,750,000 to make it yours. Matthew Coleman of Coleman Real Estate Group holds the celebrity listing.
