Bethenny Frankel, known as the entrepreneur who founded Skinnygirl and as a longtime Bravo TV personality from the Real Housewives of New York City, has been spending time in Bridgehampton for years. At one point, she flipped a classic property on Montauk Highway, selling it in 2020. But, she’s also created her own personal oasis in the affluent Hamptons town.
Occupying 346 Lumber Lane and 354 Lumber Lane, Frankel’s compound is the result of a 2013 purchase, in which she picked up the main lot for $2 million, and a purchase soon-after of a neighboring lot. With these combined, she embarked on a thorough remodel to tailor the spread to her needs and style. Now, over a decade later, the savvy businesswoman seems ready to move on as she just placed it on the market for $6 million.
Frankel’s property seems like the modern Hamptons’ buyer’s wish list come to life. It boasts a 2,500-square-foot main house, a 600-square-foot guest house, a pool house, a pool and spa, and carefully landscaped gardens looking out to 40 acres of open fields. All you’re missing is water views, but the privacy factor easily makes up for that.
Beyond the main home’s shingle-style exterior, Malibu-esque interiors with organic, easy-breezy vibes emerge. The living spaces are open, clean, and grounded in neutrals, harmonizing effortlessly with the lush surroundings. Across the structures, there are five bedrooms so visitors can stop by and get away from the city year-round. Frankel occasionally used the guest house for recording her podcast, and it could certainly accommodate a new owner’s creative pursuits as well.
Noble Black and Erica Grossman of Douglas Elliman hold the celeb’s chic listing.
