Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul is breaking out of West Hollywood, selling his Sunset Strip home less than two months after its listing date. The actor decided to upgrade to a larger abode, and can now do so worry-free since this beautiful property if off his hands. Whoever picked up the house will be in good company, with big names like Camila Cabello living nearby.
This sweet pad, where Brad Pitt has lived as well, is truly an attention grabber in Hollywood’s eyes. A property doesn’t have to be over-the-top to draw stars in, sometimes understated elegance is just the ticket. The home consists of four bedrooms spanning across 2,864-square-feet of interior space dressed in a Spanish colonial style. With numerous inviting living areas and soaring views of LA, this home manages to resemble a getaway, but with the bonus of a great location in one of LA’s trendiest areas. The outdoor spaces include glitzy terraces and a zen-like garden with lounge areas, keeping the vibe luxurious but classic California-cool.
Listing agents Trevor Edmond, F. Ron Smith and David Berg of Compass could not disclose the final sale amount, but Mansion Global reports it sold for $2.198 million. If that’s what it did close for, Paul has even more reason to celebrate since that is right around the last listing price.
