
Charcoal Oven
Deeply rooted in the Basque and Catalan regions and long popular in Michelin starred restaurants, charcoal ovens by Spanish manufacturer Mibrasa are coming to the market, bringing a new category of professional products into luxury outdoor kitchens. One of three sizes, the fully enclosed “Mini,” hand crafted and welded in premium heavy gauge stainless steel, functions simultaneously as a grill and oven, reaching temperatures of 200-700°F with superior heat retention in variable outdoors conditions. Using 40 percent less charcoal than open grills, the oven features adjustable air vents for temperature control and comes in a variety of colors and finishes to blend with kitchen décor.
