Wallpaper rolls of Maya Romanoff’s Palazzo Plaster Malta provide a plaster finish rooted in Venetian tradition. Crafted in the firm’s Chicago atelier, a compound is hand-troweled onto an FSC-sourced non-woven paper then tonal variations are built up with layers of matte and soft metallic coating producing the effect of a centuries old technique refined for modern use. In 21 colorways, a water-based top coat adds sheen and allows gentle cleaning with a soft damp cloth.
