The solution to the Thanksgiving dessert dilemma, the PieCaken offers all the favorites in one layered slice: pecan pie on the bottom, pumpkin pie in the middle, topped with spice cake—all anchored together with cinnamon buttercream and apple pie filling! Created ten years ago by pastry Chef Zac Young, the phenomenon can be ordered online, and individual slices for sampling can be tasted in NYC at Society Café.
