Charlie Puth Reportedly Just Sold His Striking Beverly Hills Spread to Celebrity Broker Josh Flagg

There’s no doubt realtors see a myriad of spectacular properties. Especially when you’re Josh Flagg—a longtime star of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles. After all, he has sold over $3 billion worth of transactions, including representing the Tinder co-founder in buying Lori Loughlin’s home and listing Judy Garland’s onetime Bel Air home.

However, one extra special property recently caught his “Attention.” People Magazine reports that Flagg just closed on Charlie Puth’s Beverly Hills pad. According to the publication, the pop artist picked up the midcentury modern in 2017 for $9 million and listed it for $17 million in November 2023. The ask was later reduced to $14 million and it was last seen seeking $11 million, though the closing price Flagg ended up paying is unknown.

Originally designed by Rex Lotery in 1965 and meticulously renovated by architect Steven Shortridge, the 90210 gem exudes a sense of laidback L.A. glamour. It’s groovy details, including green shag carpeting on the staircase, and natural materials unfold over a unique, open floor plan. Further cool features include a sunken living room with a wet bar and double-height ceiling, large expanses of windows, and a music room (of course). The home totals four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two powder rooms. The grounds include a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and patio.

It seems to be magnet for high-profile buyers. People reports that the late producer of The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, Freddie de Cordova, resided here with his socialite wife, Janet. Thus, the West Coast’s elite often gather ed here, including Ronald Reagan’s “kitchen cabinet”—comprised of his nearest and dearest friends and advisers.

In addition to acquiring this striking Trousdale Estates home, the word is that Flagg is currently expanding his holdings in Miami and looking at real estate in New York with his father.
