Day 1 at Designing Greenwich 2026

A look at the day’s engaging panels and programming.

On September 15, guests of Designing Greenwich gathered at Greenwich Country Club for a lively day of design, conversation, and connection. The day kicked off with “Living Floral: The Art of Flowers, Design & Gracious Living” with FLOWER Editor-in-Chief Margot Shaw, presented by Saladino. Next, Anne Fairfax moderated “The Art of Architecture: Crafting a Timeless Home,” presented by Royal Green Appliance Companies & Monogram, featuring Timothy S. Adams, Thomas A. Kligerman, Joan Craig, and Gregory Palmer. Hadley Keller Lloyd then moderated “The Objects We Keep,” presented by Ornare, featuring Libby Cameron, Benjamin Reynaert, Charlotte Barnes, Marshall Watson, and Dana Wolter. Next up, Nate Berkus joined CTC&G Editor-in-Chief Elizabeth Graves for “The Meaning of Home,” presented by Glengate.

The afternoon programming continued with “Enduring Influence: Legacy, Leadership, and the Future of Design,” presented by Advanced Home Audio. NYC&G/HC&G Editor-in-Chief Clinton Smith moderated the conversation with Miles Redd, David Kaihoi, Ann Pyne, and Elizabeth Pyne Singer. Next, Palm Beach Cottages & Gardens Editor-in-Chief Harriet Mays Powell moderated “On the Waterfront: Designing for the Coast, the Climate, and the Way We Live,” presented by Summerhill Associates, featuring Meg Braff, Fernando Wong, and Tim Johnson. The day’s programming wrapped up with “Living Beautifully: Timeless Design for Modern Life” with Mark D. Sikes.
