Grammy-winning DJ and music producer Zedd has an impressive portfolio of work, from “Clarity,” to “The Middle” with Maren Morris, and “Stay the Night” featuring Hayley Williams of Paramore. But did you know that he also has quite the real estate portfolio? Here’s just one piece of it.
The German DJ, whose real name is Anton Zaslavski, is looking to offload the first house he bought in Los Angeles. He bought the circa-1950 Outpost Estates house in 2014—two years after his breakthrough album, Clarity, was released.
The cool retreat is exactly what you might envision for a jet-setting DJ who seeks relaxation at home: Midcentury modern architecture meets warm, minimalist interiors—and, of course, there’s a recording studio inside. The home totals 3,381 square feet, with four bedrooms and six bathrooms. Other luxe features include a glass wine cellar, dual rain shower in the primary suite, and a chef’s kitchen. Accordion-style glass doors allow for suave California indoor/outdoor living. The backyard features a pool and a hot tub, with an outdoor bar area making it party-ready.
According to Realtor.com, other L.A. properties tied to Zedd include two multimillion-dollar mansions in Encino. In 2024, he listed one of them for $18,999,000 (reportedly, he bought it from Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner for $15.2 million in 2021). In November 2023, he paid $18.4 million for nearby ODIN, designed by Jae Omar.
Zedd is looking to sell this property for $5.495 million and it is listed with David Kramer of Compass.
