Gwen Stefani & Gavin Rossdale List Their Beverly Hills Estate for $35M

After finalizing their divorce in April, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are listing their Beverly Hills home for $35 million, reports Architectural Digest. The star-studded estate (Jennifer Lopez is a previous owner) is located in “The Summit,” a secluded, guard-gated development and includes the seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom main residence, a guest house, a built-in pool and a tennis court. Stephen Shapiro of Westside Estate Agency and Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Previews International share the listing.

Though the estate is marketed as being so extraordinary it’s “literally beyond description,” we’ll give it our best shot. It’s massive at 15,500 square feet, and every inch is outfitted in designer Kelly Wearstler’s bold, iconic style. The entry hall’s graphic black-and-white tiled floor sets the tone for the rest of the home and leads into the vaulted living room, where a black marble fireplace adds plenty of “wow” factor.

The living room leads into a formal dining room with a damask feature wall and the black marble is echoed in the center island of the kitchen.

Nearly every room is open to the outside, including the master bedroom, which has room for a sitting area and accesses the marble-wrapped master bathroom.

Additional amenities include multiple living spaces, six en-suite bedrooms, a theater and a gym.

The property features a full outdoor kitchen, built-in pool and a tennis court along with a guesthouse.
