Lauren Sharfman—co-founder of celeb-favorite jewelry brand Ippolita—is turning her creative inclination to luxury real estate. According to the NY Post, she recently put a project home for sale in Water Mill for $9.95M after redoing the interiors with a modern, Belgian-inspired style. Douglas Elliman’s Scott Bartlett represents the listing, which calls the home a “Water Mill estate section jewel.” The 6-bedroom, 9-bathroom home features hand-bleached wide-plank oak floors, airy living spaces and custom windows and glass doors that look out over the 1 acre of park-like grounds framed by mature cherry and ginkgo trees.
