Julianne Hough Seeks $8M for Her Longtime Hollywood Hills Oasis Transformed by Jake Arnold

We would have to give this home the high score of a 10 out of 10—and we’re sure the seller would, too. Julianne Hough, a triple-threat dancer/actress/singer, and current “Dancing with the Stars” co-host, is selling her gorgeous Hollywood Hills home. After 11 years here and executing a stellar transformation of the property under her stylish eye, it seems the celeb is ready for her next move.

The dancer tapped designer Jake Arnold to bring his vision to the delightful, 1935-built abode. Rich yet timeless materials, such as plaster walls and organic stone, bring relaxed warmth to the 3,000-square-foot home. Muted earth tones and black accents continue to ground the spaces, creating a relaxing and moody palette—quite the contrast to the glitzy, colorful sets and costumes featured on “Dancing With the Stars.”

Floor-to-ceiling windows present captivating views of Los Angeles, while allowing plenty of light to flood into the four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence. The primary bathroom is quite the sanctuary (and place to get ready and unwind before T.V. appearances), with a soaking tub, steam shower, and private balcony. Meanwhile, the lower level boasts a screening room, ideal for inviting friends over to watch weekly episodes of a certain reality show all about dancing.

Of course, the grounds are on point, too. Trilling Landscape dreamt up the yard, which includes a swimming pool and spa, outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, al fresco dining area, and a bocce ball court.

Brandon Piller and Joey Ben-Zvi of the Agency’s BZP Group hold the dazzling listing priced at $7,950,000—considerably more than the $2 million dancer paid in 2014.
