Justin Baldoni Puts His Wellness-Oriented Ojai Estate on the Market as Blake Lively Trial Nears

It’s been an eventful, heavy year for Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni in the wake of “It Ends With Us.” The celebrities are in a high-profile legal battle unlike anything Hollywood has seen, which looks like it will culminate in a trial this May after recent settlement talks proved unfruitful.

Lively’s lawsuit claims that Baldoni sexually harassed her and launched a smear campaign against her, while Baldoni denies these allegations. He filed his own suit against the actress for defamation and contractual issues, claiming she seized creative control of the film from Baldoni and his production company. However, Baldoni’s $400 million lawsuit was dismissed by a judge in 2025, so the upcoming New York trial will be solely address Lively’s lawsuit.

In the midst of this headline-frenzied legal storm, which has roped in stars like Taylor Swift and Matt Damon, Baldoni is clearly still finding time to manage other matters. The actor and director just listed his family’s wellness-oriented Ojai, California estate for $8.8 million. He and his wife, Emily, purchased it in 2020 for $2.2 million and extensively renovated it for two years to make it their ideal sanctuary.

The 10-acre spread with a 5,228-square-foot, Mediterranean-style home is nestled in the foothills of the Topa Topa Mountains. While its largely defined by its awe-inspiring setting and diverse landscaping, the property also brims with luxury amenities. The grounds hold a saltwater pool and hot tub, a pickleball/basketball court, an in-ground trampoline, a putting green, a fire pit, a custom tiny home, and a yoga dome and guest dome. Oh, and a koi pond. It’s clear to see health and wellness is a top priority with the technology as well. The breezy yet polished interiors benefit from a medical-grade air filtration system, the bright primary suite is EMF shielded, and the home has full solar power to live eco-friendly.

Lester Cook of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty holds the resort-like listing.
