This Hidden Hills mansion will look familiar to those who have been following along with the Kardashian-Jenners for years. Kris Jenner and Caitlyn Jenner purchased it in 2010 and the residence was a frequent backdrop for the family’s longtime reality show, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” Now, the famous matriarch and “mom-ager” Kris Jenner has listed the Mediterranean-style home for $13.5 million.
The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom expanse is clearly suited for hosting extravagant events (ahem, the family’s iconic Christmas Eve party), large family dinners (after all, there are a lot of Kardashian/Jenner children and grandchildren), and laying low to take a breather from scene-y Los Angeles (there are no paparazzi in this exclusive gated community).
There have been many Kar-Jenner memories made in this 8,860-square-foot home—from the siblings catching up in the graphic black-and-white kitchen to Kris Jenner dispensing advice in the home office (“what would happen if you just called Taylor [Swift] up?” she famously asked Kim). In fact, the property had a significant presence through many iconic moments and has cemented its place in TV history.

“The family has owned the home for approximately 15 years and has decided it’s time to move on, allowing a new owner to enjoy the stunning residence and embark on a new chapter,” says listing agent Tomer Fridman of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California. The NY Post reports that Jenner and her daughter, Khloé, have built side-by-side mansions nearby.
With the seller being the mastermind businesswoman that she is, this listing seems perfectly timed to benefit from the buzz of the family’s current show. Season six of “The Kardashians” just premiered on Hulu at the beginning of February.
