Let’s go back, back to the beginning. Millennials will know the theme song—and the house—from the early aughts MTV reality show, Laguna Beach. The sprawling 8,000-square-foot estate made famous for the show is now available for sale for $26.5 million.
The Laguna Beach house was Lauren Conrad (AKA LC’s) former home. Its coastal panorama was depicted in the opening montage, while the interiors were the backdrop for many a love triangle and teenage angst-fueled discussion. The six bedroom, six bathroom (plus one half bath) home was built by architect, and Lauren’s dad, James Conrad in 2004.
