In addition to all the aforementioned A-list neighbors, Ryan’s new home features 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3,155 square feet of living space and tons of shared amenities like a landscaped roof terrace, private fitness studio, and temperature-controlled wine cellar.
Ryan paid $9,387,889 for the unit, which was listed for $9.7M with Cantor-Pecorella, Inc. The Real Deal reported the sale.
