Victor Oladipo of the Miami Heat has just listed his Hibiscus Island home and is hoping for a big score. The player, who recently suffered an injury, has certainly brought the heat and is asking just under $10 million for it.
Hibiscus Island is an offshoot of the southern Miami region and includes 24-hour security as well as tennis and basketball courts—perhaps some neighbors caught Oladipo shooting hoops in the offseason. The pro baller is parting ways with the home after spending two years there and is hoping to reel in over a $2 million profit since he purchased it for $7.75 million, per property records.
The 6,491-square-foot modern oasis comes to life with clean lines and an open-air feel. Light wood accents complement the bright palette inside, while greenery and turquoise water define the outside environment. The retreat is a rare find on the island, too, sitting as only one of the few properties that occupy 1.5-acre lots as opposed to just one.
Newly built in 2020, it features Thermador and Wolf appliances and custom cabinetry in the kitchen, while four TVs await in the living room for the ultimate viewing experience. A total of seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms offer more than enough space for teammates to stay over, as well as an additional guest house in the back for guests who want more privacy.
Serene yet close by to the hustle of Miami Beach, Liz Hogan of Compass holds the listing.
