Ireland paid $330,000 over the $2.995 ask for the contemporary Spanish-style home sited on .18 acres of prime Santa Monica real estate, closing on it for $3.325M. Ireland confirmed the sale on her Instagram, adding that this home will be her newest project.
Her starting point is a contemporary open floor plan with exposed-beamed-ceilings that features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms across 2,401 square feet of living space. Two of the bedrooms access a loggia. A courtyard-style backyard leads to a two-story studio space, currently configured as a recreation room.
