Pop Singer Troye Sivan’s Alluring Midcentury Gem in the Hollywood Hills Comes to Market

Troye Sivan—the Australian singer-songwriter behind hit pop songs like “Rush,” “YOUTH,” and “My My My!” has quite the resume. He started his career on YouTube (and now has over eight million subscribers), has released songs in collaboration with Charli XCX and Lauv, and has even appeared on screen a few times (most recently appearing in HBO’s The Idol). But, you may not have a picture in your mind of what his home life looks like. With this new listing, in which the musician is looking to sell his stylish Hollywood Hills pad for $2.54 million, you can get a glimpse of that.

Sivan scooped up the 1958-built midcentury gem in 2017 for roughly $2.2 million and he started to rent it out for up to $17,950 per month in 2022, according to Robb Report. But, it’s just one example of his appreciation for light-filled, architectural homes. Sivan’s warehouse-like residence in Melbourne, Australia with Victorian roots but a midcentury vibe was featured in AD in 2021, and also shows off artistic flair.

Back to Los Angeles, though, this abode sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac away from the limelight. The groovy, white facade opens to 3,195 square feet of modern yet warm and laid-back interiors. A kitchen, clad in chestnut-toned cabinetry seamlessly flows into the living room overlooking the swimming pool. The first floor is complete with two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a powder room. Upstairs, skylights flood another living area with light. Down the hall, the primary suite boasts a fireplace, walk-in closet, private ensuite bath (with a sunken tub) perfect for recharging.

Jenna Cooper and Caroline Wolf of Compass share the celebrity listing, which hit the market just over a week ago and is already active under contract.
