This includes in-room amenities and the hotels’ retail program will feature local, Mexican materials and products, while the hotel’s restaurant, Benno, will feature locally sourced ingredients in a casual setting overlooking the ocean
This former 19th century whiskey factory turned boutique, Wm. Mulherin’s Sons hotel has just want you need to get away from your hectic schedule. Located in the heart of Fishtown, PA, the hotel offers a distinctive personality with just four rooms, individually decorated with chic décor, giving its guests the feeling of being a personal guest in a private home. The building itself holds so much quirky character boasting exposed brick walls, live-edge walnut beds, antique rugs, kitchenettes, and a whimsical custom wallpaper designed by Stacey Rozich. Inspired by classic English pubs, guest will check in with the restaurant staff downstairs. The ground floor restaurant, which opened in spring 2016, has become one of the city’s best new restaurants, featuring a rustic wood-fire Italian menu.

The Hotel, created by Sydell Group in partnership with Make It Nice, is a place of rendezvous and romance, where elegant evenings and moments of chance mix with extraordinary food and gracious hospitality. The design, as in New York and in Los Angeles, is a collaboration with Jacques Garcia, drawing inspiration from the natural surroundings of the desert with a nod to the glamour and playfulness of The Strip. The Hotel offers highly personalized and holistic service paired with understated sophistication, comfort, and intimacy.
Sydell Group partnered with Michelin starred chef and native Angeleno Josiah Citrin to transform the food & beverage offerings at the LINE LA which debuted October 2018. Known for his collection of restaurants Mélisse and Charcoal Venice, Citrin introduces new seasonally-driven concepts whose menus emphasize California produce – Openaire, adjacent to the hotel’s pool deck, and the lobby bar on the ground floor of the hotel, will feature his cuisine. The hotel’s designer, Sean Knibb, updated the aesthetic of the lobby bar, restaurant spaces, sidewalk, café, and pool deck to complement the culinary enhancements.
Ideally situated where downtown Austin meets Town Lake, the LINE Austin is a complete reinvention of an iconic, mid-century modernist building originally built in 1965. The opening marks Sydell Group’s third LINE hotel, and features 428 guest rooms with expansive lake and city views as well as artwork by Texas-based artists. Interiors by Los Angeles-based designer Sean Knibb, who was responsible for the design of the first LINE property in LA’s Koreatown, and architecture by Austin-based Michael Hsu create a distinctive Austin experience rooted in the natural materials and landscape of Central Texas. The hotel opened with Arlo Grey, the debut lakeside restaurant helmed by Top Chef 10 winner Kristen Kish whose culinary style melds precise training and technique rooted in French and Italian traditions with a nostalgia for dishes from her upbringing, world travels and exploration of the ingredients of Central Texas. Open to the lobby, an outpost of Los Angeles-based Alfred offers a full coffee and tea menu including their signature matcha as well as food to take away. To round out the guest experience, the LINE Austin features an infinity pool on the edge of Town Lake serving cocktails and poolside fare. The property debuted a casual burger joint and bar called Dean’s One Trick Pony in October, followed by P6, a rooftop lounge with sweeping views of the lake in Spring 2019.
London-based SoHo House & Co and New York’s Sydell Group have joined forces to create The Ned: a new hotel, members club and collection of restaurants in the City of London. The property, set in the iconic former Midland Bank building in the City, is the first collaboration between Soho House founder, Nick Jones – a pioneer in creating member clubs worldwide – and Sydell Group founder Andrew Zobler – known for creating unique hotels throughout the States that are deeply rooted in their location and architecture.
Originally designed by English architect, Sir Edwin ‘Ned’ Lutyens in 1924, The Ned has been fully restored and includes eight distinct restaurants, 250 bedrooms, and ‘Ned’s Club’ – where members have access to a rooftop pool, a gym, a spa, and a lively late night lounge bar.
