Gigi and Bella Hadid’s Former Childhood Home in Montecito Has Hit the Market

Gigi and Bella Hadid’s former childhood home has hit the market for $8,850,000. The famous supermodel sisters resided at the Montecito mansion when they were quite young with their brother Anwar, who is also a model, and their parents, Yolanda Hadid and real estate developer Mohamed Hadid, according to Forbes. The publication reports that Hadid sold it after he and Yolanda split, with their divorce being finalized in 2000.

As you can tell from the photos, the home itself is indeed photoshoot-ready. And, much like its former inhabitants, it has been featured on magazine pages. While it’s no surprise to see Gigi and Bella on the pages of Vogue, this home’s interiors were featured on the pages of Santa Barbara Magazine in 2004.

The Mediterranean-style manse spans 7,000 square feet and meticulously combines glamorous features with a cozy sense of home (something the jet-setting family surely appreciated). You can just as easily imagine star-studded parties there as chill nights with loved ones in the vast spaces. The dining room includes wood ceiling details, while living room boasts an oversized fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and large doors opening to the outdoor living areas.

The home totals five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. Of course, the primary suite has an impressive walk-in closet. After all, once home to a couple that graces many events, it’s hardly a surprise that they would want a large space to store their swanky wardrobes. Outside, the grounds are reminiscent of a five-star resort: A swimming pool, spa, and cabana await. Of course, all of this is behind the property’s private gates.

Other big names who have called Montecito home include the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Rob Lowe, and Jeff Bridges. Grubb Campbell of Forbes Global Properties holds this posh listing.
