The Most Expensive Condo Sale in Brooklyn Clocks In at $15M

The Clock Tower penthouse is arguably the most recognizable apartment in Brooklyn and it now boasts another accolade: its $15M sale has made it the most expensive condo ever to sell in the borough.

The swanky triplex is accessed by a private elevator and features a custom kitchen by Canova, a sprawling entertainment layout and nearly 7,000 square feet of living space. Additional details include a dramatic architectural stairway, soaring ceilings that range from 16–50’, a sky roof cabana and an open deck. The pièce de résistance, of course, are the 4 14’ glass clocks that surround the living area. Corcoran’s Frank Castelluccio represented the listing for developer Two Trees Management, Monica Luque of Douglas Elliman represented the buyer.
