We also always have strong demand for prime West Village, the northwest pocket of Tribeca, the Upper East and West Sides near the park, and West Chelsea. “The Downtown Manhattan neighborhoods like Chelsea, The Village, and FiDi are still buzzing. However, it is important to note that we are seeing serious activity across the city. Midtown and the Upper East and West Sides are also desirable for many.
