Trends come and go, styles evolve and morph, but the kitchen continues to be a home’s central point. That makes it a room of particular interest in any showhouse where designers can flex their creativity without limits.

At the 2025 Hampton Designer Showhouse Presented by HC&G, which was open to visitors this summer, Ciuffo Cabinetry devised a kitchen born to inspire. Influenced by the home’s modern, sleek architecture and verdant Hamptons setting, the high-end design firm created a dazzling space that is warm and organic, daring yet minimalist, and full of thoughtful design choices.

To bring their streamlined yet complex vision to life, Ciuffo utilized the famously rebellious JennAir appliances, selected a unique stone, sprinkled in custom bronze and leather touches, and more. Tour the kitchen below and read on to get all the delicious details.

Gary Ciuffo, founder of Ciuffo Cabinetry, shares, “Our goal was to design a kitchen that felt architecturally grounded yet quietly luxurious—a space that married form and function with deliberate elegance. It’s minimal in form but rich in detail. Layered with depth, contrast, and natural beauty.”

Considering the 9,000-square-foot home will go on to be used frequently as a high-end summer rental, it needed to have all the bells and whistles for sumptuous daily moments or glamorous gatherings. That’s where JennAir came in. The brand has been praised for defying convention with innovative appliances that merge cutting-edge technology with boundary-pushing design. A perfect marriage to wow visitors for the Showhouse and beyond.

“We’ve worked with JennAir on multiple projects and continue to be impressed by their dedication to innovation, performance, and design. They consistently deliver on both style and function, which makes them a natural fit for our kitchens,” Ciuffo says. “There’s a distinct confidence to their aesthetic that pairs beautifully with high-end cabinetry and millwork.”

Ciuffo Cabinetry chose JennAir’s NOIR™ design expression, which has a modern, dark edge. NOIR™ appliances boast sculpted handles and hidden laser-etched lace to give every touch a special, lavish feel. A signature of JennAir’s style, the refrigerator and wine columns also impress with volcano-inspired, obsidian interiors and suave LED lighting.

Though striking when out in the open, some of the steel appliances were covered to achieve the design team’s goals. Ciuffo explains, “We took a layered approach with the finishes, wrapping the refrigeration and freezer panels in rich leather and continuing that detail up to the ceiling and across the expanse of the island. The result is a composition of textures and tones that feel both organic and refined; earthy, but unmistakably sophisticated.”

Indeed, as you look around there’s a juxtaposition of softness and strength in the palette and materials. Stained walnut cabinetry contributes to the architectural depth, while a custom patinated bronze hood contrasts the lighter-hued stone beautifully. This precious Paonazzo stone, Dekton “Awake” by Cosentino, was selected for its distinctive terracotta veining and visual movement.

But, there’s also more than meets the eye with this kitchen. It’s riddled with smart technology, as one might expect, and some elements are also tucked away. “One of our favorite features is the integrated coffee bar at the end of the island, concealed beneath a patinated bronze-clad surface. At the touch of a remote, the surface lifts electronically to reveal hidden storage for a coffee machine, mugs, and essentials. It’s a perfect example of how we approached this kitchen: Clean, sculptural, and organic, yet highly functional and innovative,” shared Ciuffo.

For high-impact hosting, the kitchen is also outfitted with JennAir‘s powerful induction range, wine columns with advanced UV barrier glass, and seamless wall ovens. A chef’s kitchen around the corner provides even more appliances and counter space for caterers or private chefs to utilize for parties.

Throughout the compound, you can see JennAir‘s indulgent appliances in other spaces as well. Placed in leisure-oriented areas like the pool house—where a refrigerator, convection oven, and dishwasher await—and the game room and living room, where undercounter beverage centers can chill favorite drinks, future occupants of the Sag Harbor modern can wine and dine throughout the estate with ease.

JennAir empowers those who demand more from their kitchens, more style, more control, more distinction, to create without limits. It’s not just high-end—it’s luxury redefined.
