“Upon our first visit to the showhouse, we were instantly inspired by the light in the foyer and how it filled the double height space. Considering the timing of the showhouse during the high summer season in the Hamptons, we wanted to encapsulate the feeling of the ‘perfect summer day’, with that effortless warmth and lightness of the season,” interior designer Courtney Sempliner says about the foyer. A Vaughan chandelier complements the wall covering from Calico. The table and sculptures are from Arteriors, and the rug is custom from Stark. “Through the ethereal palette and layered materials, the open airy space is both relaxed yet luxurious, and endlessly inviting, like a slice of a perfect Hamptons summer day all year round. Luxury yet livable.”

Great Room by Ahmad AbouZanat Studio

Storytelling with understated luxury, interior designer Ahmad AbouZanat designed the great room to pay homage to the bond between a senior dog named Rufus and his devoted human Aamito, portraying the gentle rhythms of aging, memory and companionship. A portrait of Aamito and Rufus by Richard Phibbs—photographed in Aamito’s grandparents’ home—hangs above the fireplace, a gesture that “bridges personal history with new storytelling, providing a symbolic anchor to the room and evoking a rich sense of memory and belonging.” A globe light from Vaughan complements the Vladimir Kagan sofas, Carol Egan stools, and cocktail table by Gary Magakis from Todd Merrill Studio, which “all bring a sculptural collected feel to the room—each one quietly expressive on its own and in great dialogue with each other. The result, objects that are clearly and intentionally chosen, not just bought,” says interior designer Ahmad AbouZanat.

Dining Room by Home In Harmony Designs

For the dining room, interior designer Christa O’Leary was inspired by “the enchanting mermaids featured in the wallpaper from Tempaper & Co. We had the opportunity to adapt the design to seamlessly integrate the blue and white color scheme we envisioned. Our goal was to craft a space that exudes a fresh coastal vibe with a vibrant energy.” The table, chairs, and buffet are from Bernhardt, the carpet is from Stark, and the coral art pieces are from LDN Collections. Place settings are by Tania Bulhões.

Kitchen + Breakfast Room + Chef’s Kitchen by SRC Interiors and Ciuffo Cabinetry

“The cabinetry is without a doubt the cornerstone of this design—it brings the entire vision to life. With its clean, architectural lines and rich, organic finishes, it perfectly reflects the home’s modern sensibility while grounding the space in warmth and texture,” says Gary Ciuffo of Ciuffo Cabinetry. The kitchen countertops are by Cosentino, appliances are from JennAir, and the bronze faucet is from Green Art Plumbing Supply

The breakfast room—a collaboration between Ciuffo Cabinetry and Suzanne Christensen of SRC Interiors Inc.—embraces the natural elements of the outdoors. Christensen says we were able to achieve balance and harmony through the juxtaposition of opposing elements – hard and soft, old and new.” The floor-to-ceiling draperies from The Shade Store cover the walls and soften the corners, adding a sense of calm. While the large table is the centerpiece, the upholstered chairs offer warmth and comfort. Custom chair frames covered in a fabric from Rogers & Goffigon surround a table by Ciuffo Cabinetry.

For the chef’s kitchen, Ciuffo says, “beyond the striking beauty of the high-gloss cabinetry, it’s the layered materials that truly define this chef’s kitchen. The Baldwin hardware, textured backsplash, and wall tile add depth and dimension, while the high-performance countertop surfaces and JennAir appliances provided by P.C. Richard & Son bring durability without sacrificing elegance. Together, these elements elevate the space—proving that a hardworking kitchen can be as refined as it is functional.”

Den by Morrow Design Studios

As a love letter to oneself, interior designer Jenna Morrow says, “the den in the Hampton Designer Showhouse is dedicated to my younger self who needed the space and opportunity to thrive within her zone of genius. Little me who would’ve benefited from what I consider to be the foundational elements of creativity: exploration, expression, reflection and connection. The den is equipped with touches that encourage every visitor to silence what’s conventional and embrace the unconventional.” Curtain fabric from Decorative Fabrics Direct and a carpet from Stark complement a sofa from West Elm and coffee table from Crate & Barrel.

“I tend to edit, almost under decorate rooms. Every piece has a function, even if an object holds space for simple visual enjoyment,” interior designer Steven Walsh says about the morning room. His selections were driven by “curated, tailored, refined rooms with a nod to the past, but remaining modern, fresh and sophisticated.” The rug from Stark complements the eye-catching wall covering by Arté International.

Living Room by Robert Brown Interior Design

As an homage to Jack Larsen and his LongHouse Reserve, all the fabrics in this space are from Larsen. Firm principal Robert Brown says, “it was very intentional for the living room to appear as if it were assembled over time, collected as a true design enthusiast would curate a space.” The custom sofa, console, side table and chairs are from Townhouse, while the window treatments are by The Shade Store and the light fixture is from Vaughan. Decorative accessories are by Tania Bulhões.

Study by Elbra Home

The furnishings in the study are custom by Elbra Home, including the sofa, armchairs, console, and book cabinet. While crafting the space, head designer Chevy Weingarten says, “our vision was to craft a contemporary study that merges craftsmanship with timeless design. The theme is rooted in warmth, layered textures, and sculptural forms, creating a refined atmosphere that feels both confident and welcoming.” What makes the study special is “how it blends bespoke elements with statement pieces. The custom book cabinet with its integrated lighting sets a sophisticated tone, while the curated furniture and decor bring depth, comfort, and personality to the space.”

Interior designer Betsy Wentz, in collaboration with Kravet and Brown Jordan, thinks of the rear terrace as “a vibrant oasis, teeming with color and texture that captures the majesty of its namesake.” Custom furnishing from Brown Jordan is covered in fabric from Kravet, while the custom rug is by From Jaipur with Love. “The custom sectional’s strategic blend of fabrics—from warm neutrals to vibrant patterns—echoes the tiger’s striking coat, creating a dynamic and immersive atmosphere that perfectly captures the essence of Tiger’s Folly.”

Second-Floor Living Room by Sea Green Designs

Interior designer Shannon Willey was inspired by “the French salons of the Age of Enlightenment—spaces where art, conversation, and ideas flowed freely. We wanted to reimagine that spirit through the lens of conscious coastal living, using timeless design elements and sustainable materials.” A carpet from Stark grounds the room, as do the window treatments from The Shade Store. Lamps are from Vaughan, the sofa and cocktail table are from Vanguard Furniture, and the original coastal artwork by Casey Chalem Anderson “adds soul, reinforcing the connection between the natural world and intentional design.”

Primary Bedroom by PAVU Interiors for Theodore Alexander

Interior designers Albu Vuqiterna and Vincent Paganelli of PAVU Interiors say a wall covering from Kravet and art pieces collected were “our starting point and served as the foundation for the entire design concept. Both elements evoke a sense of calm and tranquility yet make a bold statement through their presence.” Vuqiterna says the goal in designing the primary bedroom was “to create an organic flow through the selection of furniture and materials, balanced by bold color choices that bring unexpected character to a bedroom.” The designer sourced the bed, nightstand, bench, chairs, and side table from Theodore Alexander.

Primary Bath by LTA Interiors

“This space was deeply inspired by nature and its surroundings. Located in the woods yet within close proximity to the ocean, the home’s location sparked our desire to mimic organic shapes and embrace soothing, natural tones,” says interior designer Lynn Berney about the primary bath. “At the same time, we were eager to infuse the design with creativity and individuality,” where elements like the Amy Winehouse artwork and custom wall covering by Sam Simon were selected to become “a focal point with a bold, unexpected pop that brings an expressive layer to the otherwise calming atmosphere.” The cabinetry is by Ciuffo Cabinetry, fixtures are provided by Green Art Plumbing Supply, and stone choices are from Cosentino.

Primary Bedroom Lounge by Jewel Marlowe Interiors and Primary Bedroom Deck by Ronni Logan Interiors

“I have purposely strayed from the expected Hamptons style. Instead, I have chosen to make this room otherworldly and whimsical. I have installed a forest mural by Fine and Dandy as a nod to the breathtaking view of the tree-lined property,” interior designer Jewel Marlowe says about the primary bedroom lounge, which is painted in Little Greene’s Aquamarine Deep. “The color palette for the room started with a gorgeous ombré wool rug from Stark. I was able to pull from the reds, purples, and greens to create a somewhat feminine yet sophisticated vibe.” The sofa is from Benchmade Modern, and the lamps and coffee table are from Vaughan.

Bedroom 1 and Bath by House of Culler

“Modern Tranquility,” was the theme for this bedroom, and it began with the Orleans fabric from Thibaut, which is shown throughout the room as drapery panels, euro shams, bed scarf and the Taylor King upholstered ottomans. “I wanted the room to feel like a sanctuary, a place where you could instantly exhale and feel at ease,” says firm principal Nicole Culler. “The number one piece is the custom designed ‘Margo’ fully upholstered canopy bed by House of Culler. It draws you in with its rich buttery amethyst silk mohair fabric and tailored contrast welt detail on the headboard. ‘Margo’ is the heart of this sanctuary,” Culler adds, “the rug from Stark anchors the color scheme of the room.”

Bedroom 2 and Bath by K+CO Living

This bedroom was inspired by interior designer Karen B. Wolf’s recent travels to Morocco, France and Round Top. “This space reimagines ‘pretty’ through a modern lens, blending global finds with coastal ease and quiet luxury. A signature of my Coastal Atelier style, the look is defined by layered textures, refined details, and especially my nuanced take on the color blue,” Wolf says. With a whimsical floral wall covering from Liberty London, and a custom scalloped ceiling, interior designer Wolf says, “this room speaks to the modern woman who fully embraces her femininity and finds beauty in the details.” The bathroom is complete with a Thibaut wall covering and the bedroom bed covering is from Annie Selke.

Bedroom 3 and Bath by Susan Calabria Design

“As a 14-year cancer survivor, I’m proud to support a cause that benefits Stony Brook Southampton Hospital. It marks my return to the showhouse world since my last one in 2011. Beyond the personal milestone, it’s also a chance to express my design point of view freely—without constraints—bringing creativity, emotion, and story into the space,” says firm principal Susan Calabria. “Every element reflects years of travel and collecting. While the space is designed as a guest room, it offers a true sense of home and warmth.” The custom wall covering and bespoke fabrics and trims used on the windows, bedding, and throw pillows are by Soluna Textile Collection and Susan Calabria Design, while the chandelier is from Vaughan.

Roof Deck and Third Floor Foyer by Jolie Korek & Company

Personal and curated, firm principal Jolie Korek transformed several of her personal images of East Hampton’s sunsets, bays and marinas into custom wallpaper for the ‘artist’s studio,’ and framed others. Swinging egg chairs are “an instant nod to childhood nostalgia, reimagined for grown-up lounging,” says Korek. On the TimberTech deck, a rug from Stark complements the furnishings by Stori Modern, Holly Hunt, and Woodard. “My philosophy always leans toward balance: serene and spirited, organic and modern. The result? Environments that invite you to sink in, breathe out, and maybe smile at a few surprises along the way.”

Lounge by JMY Interiors LLC

Behind the bar, with cabinetry by Ciuffo Cabinetry and a Cosentino countertop, an iridescent seashell inspired wallpaper by Calico, named ‘Aurora, Anew’ “sets the tone with a gentle gradient that symbolizes transition and renewal,” interior designer Jacqueline Young says, “it catches the light like a hidden gem.” The custom swing chairs are by Legacy Manufacturing, the sectional is by Vanguard Furniture and the rug is from Stark.

Wellness Room by Daniella Feldman Design

“I looked inward and asked myself what wellness truly means to me. I kept coming back to the idea that wellness is about connection—connection to ourselves, our environment, and to others—by tapping into joy, relaxation, reflection and playfulness,” says firm principal Daniella Feldman. The chandelier is from Vaughan, the mirror television is from Reflectel, the carpet is from Stark, and the window treatments are from The Shade Store. Plus, the stool and side chair are covered in a Kravet fabric and the wall art is by Christine Matthäi for Contessa Gallery.

“The inspiration was based off Van Gogh’s Starry Night,” says James Falcone of JVF Audio Video Installations. The dark blue tones and accent lighting by Govee contribute to make the space “moody and cozy, while still being an authentic theater experience. It’s a space where families can come together and enjoy movie nights.” The audio and TV are from Snap One.

Living Room and Terrace by Purple Cherry Architects

Firm principal Cathy Purple Cherry describes the theme of this terrace as “a soft, sun-washed palette of sand, shell, and seafoam tones nods to the shoreline just beyond, while organic textures and woven forms bring warmth and tactility to the space.” The light fixtures are by Vaughan, the furnishing is by Dedon, and the artwork is by Renée Levin. Purple Cherry says the statement piece of the space— “a large installation of dramatic Dutch metal leaf wallpaper, aptly named Sun Shower by Calico, creates a powerful backdrop for a custom plaster cast column in the shape of a live tree custom crafted by Hyde Park Mouldings,” says Purple Cherry. Inside, a beachy blue kitchen is outfitted with Caesarstone countertops and JennAir appliances. On the terrace, an outdoor kitchen overlooking the pool is complete with Caesarstone countertops, Sub-Zero appliances provided by Appliance World, and outdoor lighting from Bevolo.

Pool Surround & Pool House Upper Level by Fiorello Designs for DEDON

Interior designer Giovanna Fiorello, firm principal of Fiorello Designs, wanted the space to feel like “Brazil meets the Hamptons—where laid-back coastal elegance blends with a warm, tropical spirit. I used natural textures and a bold color palette to create a sense of ease, then layered in greenery and vibrant details for a bit of soul and sunshine. It’s breezy, refined, and full of life—just like the places that inspired it.” The woodwork divider is by Esposito Custom Homes. Outdoor lighting includes sconces and lanterns from Bevolo and decking is from TimberTech. Fiorello expresses that being chosen to create DEDON’s display “was such an honor, and I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunity. It challenged me in the best way and truly marked a turning point.”
