It took actor (and, popular podcaster) Will Arnett just over a month to sell this radiant, Cali-cool home brimming with fashion-forward elegance. The Beverly Hills modern listed in late January for $22.5 million, and officially changed hands in early March for roughly $20.25 million. While that isn’t the full amount Arnett wanted, it’s still a sale to celebrate given the speediness and that he dropped $16.4 million on the home back in 2021, per public records.
The Wall Street Journal reports that entrepreneur and venture capitalist Courtney Reum, who is the brother-in-law of Paris Hilton, is the buyer. He told the publication that its the property’s design allure that drew him in and that it will be his first home with his fiancée, Maggie Sellers.
The pair will be moving into quite a 90210 paradise, which has likely hosted close friends of Arnett like Amy Poehler and Jason Bateman, too. Not only does the 10,300-square-foot mansion stun with its unique architecture, suave finishes, and breezy flow for entertaining, but the backyard is a vision of tranquility. It offers the expected pool and spa, but also takes you to another world with its Mediterranean-esque landscaping of abundant olive trees and chic destinations for al fresco living.
Inside, the home’s six bedrooms provide plenty of room for visitors and the lower level is also poised to impress guests. Quite sprawling, in fact, it has everything from a state-of-the-art gym to a game room and tiered home theater.
On the podcast he co-hosts, Smartless, Arnett has spoken about spending large chunks of time on the East Coast. Maybe this sale is a sign of a more permanent move there, or we’ll see him buy something else in L.A. soon. Richard Ehrlich of Carolwood Estates represented the seller.
