Step Inside a Shoe Designer's $4M UES Apartment

Tabitha Simmons will soon be strutting the streets of the Upper East Side. The British-born shoe designer, who launched her eponymous line in 2009, just purchased a chic pre-war home in Lenox Hill for around $4M. The apartment was listed for $4.25M with Sotheby’s International Realty’s Jeremy V. Stein.

Any shoe maven needs extensive shoe storage and this space does not disappoint. The master bedroom has an impressive walk-in closet and any overflow could easily be stored on the wall of custom bookshelves. There are 3 additional bedrooms, all outfitted with custom closets as well.

The entertaining spaces are made up of a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a formal dining room and an eat-in kitchen with Calacatta marble countertops and professional appliances.
