Just two months after reports indicated that Charlie Sheen’s Beverly Hills mansion reduced its asking price to $8.49 million, the listing is taking another price cut. Now, asking $7.99 million the Mediterranean-style estate is pulling out all the stops to interest buyers, Variety details. The residence has had a long history on the market. Sheen originally listed the property in 2011 and re-listed it again last March asking a cool $10 million.The grand estate spans an 8,628 interior floorplan which holds five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Much like it’s owner, the house has many extravagant comforts. One such feature is the impressive home theater complete with an 80 inch flat screen.
