Actress Robin Givens’ former Los Angeles home has come to market again. The estate has changed hands several times since Givens, according to Realtor.com, purchased the home in 1987—the same year she began dating boxer Mike Tyson. It has steadily climbed in value since then, and the four-bedroom, five-bathroom (plus one half bathroom) home now asks $3.495 million.
Givens and Tyson were only married for 16 months, but the Head of the Class star’s relationship with the home was more enduring. She sold it in 1998. Coincidentally, another one of Tyson’s former abodes, also owned by 50 Cent, is for sale in upstate Connecticut, asking $9 million.
In Los Angeles, the 3,251-square-foot residence has a lot to offer. Think warm wood interiors, vaulted ceilings, and a stone-clad fireplace wall. The angular roofline is accented by triangular windows. Open-plan living spaces are flooded with light, and sliding glass doors open to a beautifully landscaped view beyond. The terrace leads to a private pool, raised spa, and pergola.
The minimal kitchen features warm wood cabinetry, dark countertops, and a roomy island. Custom millwork continues to the primary suite, which features a wood-paneled accent wall and extensive walk-in closet. A multipurpose lower-level room is currently configured as a gym.
