WATERWORKS

Waterworks, a premier destination for luxury bath and kitchen, has significantly renovated and expanded its Flatiron Showroom at 7 E. 20th Street, which now features an additional floor and elevated displays. Housed in an early 1900s historic building since 2006, the space now spans three floors and 7,800 square feet.
Connecting the two main levels is a striking, airy staircase featuring a dynamic mural by renowned artist Christoph Niemann, best known for his work on covers of The New Yorker and The New York Times Magazine. Crafted entirely from Waterworks tile, Niemann’s design, Rainy Day in NYC, celebrates Manhattan’s unique ability to exude beauty and romance in any weather.
BEN SOLEIMANI
Entrepreneur and visionary designer Ben Soleimani, renowned for his exquisite rugs and luxury home furnishings, has a new flagship showroom in New York City, bringing the brand’s signature offerings to one of the world’s most iconic design hubs.
Located at 225 E. 59th Street, the 3,540-square-foot, three-story space evokes a townhouse-like feel, providing a welcoming and intimate environment for interior designers and their clients.
The showroom is showcasing the newly refined “BESPOKE by Ben Soleimani” collection, a robust assortment of signature luxury and antique rugs, and an exclusive range of home furnishings, lighting, and decor.
CHELSEA TEXTILES
Chelsea Textiles has opened a new showroom on the second floor of The Fine Arts Building in Manhattan, doubling the size of their previous space on the building’s sixth floor. The showroom’s residential feeling echoes that of Chelsea Textiles’ Pimlico Road shop, uniting the brand’s flagships in London and New York.
Stepping inside feels less like entering a showroom, and more like being welcomed into a grand London home. The new 4,000-square-foot space, imagined by British firm Sims Hilditch, is made up of six principal rooms and a long, library-style hallway, designed to offer both inspiration and a moment of calm away from the city’s pace.
In Chelsea Textiles’ signature finishes, hand-brushed paint, softly textured Venetian plaster and detailed millwork add depth to the architecture. Every surface and corner has been carefully considered, resulting in designs that stand the test of time.
