Lizzo Puts a New Price on Her Beverly Hills Paradise Once Home to Harry Styles

Lizzo may be thinking it’s “About Damn Time” her dreamy Beverly Hills modern finds a buyer. The Grammy Award-winning singer—known for belt-out-loud hits like “Pink” from the 2023 Barbie movie, “Truth Hurts,” and “Good as Hell”—purchased the cool Beverly Hills hideaway in 2022 and has been trying to offload it since 2024. First it was priced at $16 million, then re-listed last year for $14 million, and now it’s available to L.A. house-hunters ready to splurge for $13.25 million.

Standing out for its organic yet moody design, the 5,442-square-foot spread was designed and built in 2018 by Simo Design. Just before the design firm bought and transformed the property, Harry Styles lived here in the previous residence from 2014 to 2016.

With a celebrity pedigree and an easy-breezy, glamorous look, it’s surprising that this manse hasn’t nabbed a buyer yet. It’s sitting pretty, waiting to entice with a two-story atrium, a huge pool and spa, panoramic canyon views, and even an 100-year-old oak tree amidst the verdant grounds. Other highlights include an expansive outdoor kitchen with a fire pit, a theater room, a gym, and a mesmerizing kitchen that chefs and designers can swoon over in equal measure.

Like many celebrity Beverly Hills homes, this place is poised for utter wellness and relaxation or over-the-top, lively parties. The next owner can expect every whim to be met, although there are only three bedrooms, so large families may need to pass.

James Harris of Carolwood Estates holds the swanky listing.
