A Beverly Hills address with quite the music pedigree has come to market. Well, for the second time recently. Harry Styles owned the home on this lot from 2014 to 2016. Simo Design, who has a client list including Jon Hamm and Nicole Richie, purchased it from him, demolishing the existing residence and building anew in 2018.
According to Forbes, Warner Records CEO Aaron Bay-Schuck picked up the swanky new build initially, but it didn’t take long for Lizzo to take notice. The Grammy award-winner purchased the tranquil estate in 2022 and spent a few years of bliss there, as documented through many posts on Instagram, but listed the estate in December 2024 for nearly $16 million. Now, Lizzo may be thinking it’s “About Damn Time” the home sells as she just relisted it for $14 million.
Simo Design weaved wood, stone and, glass throughout the modernist retreat and fostered incredible harmony with nature. Looking at the lush greenery and the clean-lined, angular home, you may feel transported to Bali rather than in the midst of posh Beverly Hills.
The 5,442-square-foot residence has a relaxing open floor plan, warmed by wood-beamed ceilings and made bold with striking design elements like the waterfall marble island in the wood-clad kitchen. Walls of glass completely open to the outdoor spaces, whether you’re on the ground level and stepping out to the covered patio, outdoor kitchen, and nearby pool and spa or up on one of the second level’s terraces enjoying city views.
Holding just three bedrooms, the celebrity home comes in clutch with indoor amenity spaces as well. There’s a state-of-the-art gym, a theater room, a wellness center, and perhaps an office Lizzo used as a makeshift studio, looking closely at the listing images. Another jaw-dropping sight is the dramatic, two-story atrium.
James Harris and David Parnes of Carolwood Estates represent Lizzo’s property in it’s second turn on the market this year. Fun fact for Bravo fans: It’s in the same neighborhood as Lisa Vanderpump’s Villa Rosa.
