‘Shark Tank’ Star Robert Herjavec Drops Over $20M on Modern Condo in Glistening NYC Supertall

Last year, tech entrepreneur and longtime ‘Shark Tank’ star Robert Herjavec sold a show-stopping residence at One57 on NYC’s Billionaire’s Row for $38.8 million. However, the question of if he will be maintaining a luxe Manhattan residence has just been answered. Recently, according to the Wall Street Journal, Herjavec dropped over $20 million on a towering condo at 111 West 57th Street, just a few buildings away from his old address.

Clearly right at home on Billionaire’s Row, and high in an ultra-private supertall skyscraper versus in a lavish townhouse, the Croatian-born investor is moving into a full-floor, four-bedroom residence with much in common with his former condo nearby. The main difference? It’s on a lower level for one, perched about 40 stories high when he previously lived on the 86th floor of One57. While still glassy and promising incredible, 360-degree city views, his new NYC home is also smaller. It clocks in at 4,492 square feet, while his old digs encompassed over 6,200 square feet.

Herjavec’s new unit, as well as all other residences at 111 West 57th Street, was designed by the award-winning Studio Sofield. The famous buyer also has posh building perks to look forward to, of course. From the on-site padel court and 82-foot lap pool to Club 111 with Le Bilboquet for fine French dining, there’s a world of luxury to dive into here.

Jorge Lopez of Compass represented the buyer and Nikki Field of Sotheby’s International Realty represented the listing, last priced at $22.5 million. The WSJ reports that there are now only five more residences available in the building.
