Tinder Co-Founder Sean Rad’s $32M L.A. Home Is Looking for Its Match

Tinder co-founder Sean Rad and his wife, fashion designer Lizzie Grover Rad, are selling their stylish West Hollywood pad for a steep $32 million. The couple is no stranger to pricey real estate transactions, as this listing comes almost a year after the Rads swiped right on a well-known Bel Air mansion. “The owners like projects and they’re ready to let this one go and move on to the next,” shares listing agent Aaron Kirman.

If this home had its own Tinder profile, it would likely be tantalizing enough for anyone to fall in love with. Five bedrooms and nine bathrooms unfold across 10,613 square feet, but that’s just the nuts and bolts. Designer Jane Hallworth is behind the stunning interiors that captivate around every corner. The sellers brought in Hallworth after purchasing the spacious Los Angeles pad in 2018, according to the Observer, and are certainly passing on a transformed treasure to the next owner.

The primary suite is a space to “ooh” and “ahh” over. It has its own private balcony, an airy bathroom that boasts Breccia Capraia marble throughout, and a dressing room. Downstairs, the bronze-toned kitchen is equally chic and drenched in marble while a courtyard off the kitchen is an ideal spot for alfresco dining.

There are plenty of spaces to entertain at this property, which is just under half an acre. From the lower level’s theater, bar area, and wine cellar to the swimming pool, there is something for every whim. With oversized windows and walls of glass everywhere, you can also always just unwind quietly and bask in the sun.

For those flirting with the idea of buying this property, Aaron Kirman of AKG | Christie’s International Real Estate holds the costly listing.
