Dramatically framed in glass, the light-filled stairwell connects the public rooms on the ground floor with the bedrooms in the adjoining two-story wing.

A George Nelson Bubble lamp adds a whimsical note to a serene guest room. The bed is from Design Within Reach and the coverlet is by Dwell Studio.
A surfing print enlivens a bathroom off the main floor’s office/den. The coconut bench is from Chista; the leather Mortice Wing pulls on the custom cabinetry are from Mockett.
The cantilevered roof juts over an outdoor dining area and living area, which have views of both the swimming pool and the pond. The Case Study stainless-steel table, chairs, and chaises are from Modernica.
