In the family room, privacy and light are controlled with motorized Lutron roller shades hidden under a valance made with hand-blocked Galbraith & Paul fabric. The sofa, coffee table and rug are custom by Luminous Designs. The chandelier is through Stone Gate Design. The art by the breakfast area is Molecular Motion IV by Erica J. Vess.
In the breakfast area, a bookcase with Jonathan Adler vases and a custom banquette are complemented by Herman Miller chairs and Flos pendants.
Fong upgraded appliances, with a Wolf stove and Sub-Zero refrigerator. The counter stools at the island are by Domitalia; kitchen pendants are through Lite Source; and the faucet is Hansgrohe.
The custom built-in bench in the mudroom features horizontal engineered white-oak planks on the wall. Radiant heat was installed under Cabot black slate floor tiles.
Fong designed a screen to separate the foyer from the dining area; the painting on the wall is Dark Roller by Joseph Sampson. The table, chairs and rug are all custom; the chandelier is through Glow Lighting.
Glass-stone wall art through Bueno Glass adorns the wall above a ribbon-style fireplace.
In the master bedroom, Holly Hunt’s French Press fabric creates the look of an oversized headboard. Wall reading lamps are through Tango Lighting; the chandelier is Tutu by Zaneen; ceiling pendant is throught Besa Lighting; and a Flos table lamp tops the desk. Artwork is Grateful Always by Amy Donaldson.
Iridescent Sicis wall tiles back Tech Lighting sconces in the master bathroom, which is illuminated by Hinkley’s Xanadu chandelier.
A George Nelson Saucer lamp through Modernica delivers a playful note in a child’s bedroom; the Fabrica rug is through Kanter’s Carpet & Design studio.
The basement level features a crafts area with a chalk wall painted by the homeowner and a media room brightened with a dramatic custom rug. The sofa is from Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, and cabinets and console are from Ikea. Eric Pfeiffer’s Scando coffee table is made of walnut veneer.
