The Kennedy family certainly knew a thing or two about vacationing in style. And now, an address fit for Jackie O. can be yours for a cool $45 million.
Perched atop Le Provençal, a former Art Deco hotel in Cap d’Antibes, Penthouse Nacre is a six-bedroom, three-story residence with quite the guestbook to its name. The hotel once welcomed everyone from the Kennedy family to Ernest Hemingway.
Nearly a century after the hotel’s original debut, luxury developer Caudwell, founded by British businessman and philanthropist John Caudwell, has given the upper levels quite the makeover. Spanning nearly 9,000 square feet, the penthouse shows off four entertaining areas, a private cinema, a swanky cocktail bar, and a sprawling terrace topped off with a 39-foot swimming pool overlooking the Mediterranean. It’s not your average summer rental.

“The top floors of Le Provençal were originally VIP hotel suites favored by prominent Americans, and are now transformed to provide three exceptional penthouses,” offers Caudwell. “I have been closely involved in designing the layouts, features, and specifications of the penthouses.”
The interiors, curated by Invisible Collection, are just as impressive, with sculptural furnishings, sleek marble finishes, and vintage treasures that pay homage to the property’s Old World glamour. The design also takes inspiration from other Riviera properties associated with Coco Chanel and Christian Dior.
Caudwell represents the listing for more information.
