Ryan Seacrest Just Listed His Radiant and Newly Renovated Napa Valley Estate for $22M

In Napa Valley’s town of St. Helena, a breathaking celebrity home with major design allure has hit the market. Ryan Seacrest is the seller. The entertainment personality and seasoned producer reportedly picking up the 40-acre estate in 2020 and went on to execute revitalizing renovations from 2023-2024 with the help of Silvia Nobili of Nobili Marques Arquitectura, builder Grassi Construction, and Clint Nicholas Design based in Los Angeles. Now, the eye-catching spread with exceptional natural beauty and privacy is on the market seeking $22 million.

The property includes a 8,650-square-foot main home with three bedrooms, a 1,200-square-foot guest cottage with two bedrooms, and a 900-square-foot pool house. Glancing at it from afar, it could look like a boutique resort in the hills of Tuscany. The mountain and vineyard views are key aids in creating such a relaxing ambiance, but the design elements are equally important.

Built in 2004, the main house’s personality is one that marries modernity and warmth thanks to Seacrest and the team he assembled. Designer Clint Nicholas recalls, “Having a more consistent ‘theme’ throughout the home in terms of materials and finishes was very important to the client, while keeping the original appeal of the house at the forefront.”

Architect Silvia Nobili also stated, “Based on the client’s wishes, the goal of the renovation of the main house was to provide a fresh and light feeling, suited for a more modern lifestyle. To achieve the goal of more open and connected spaces, we reconfigured some of the rooms and changed the finishes and materials. We also simplified and altered the more ornate details, such as the iron guardrail at the living room terrace, which was replaced by a glass guardrail to bring the surrounding landscape into the house.”

In terms of highlights, it has seven wood-burning fireplaces—including a rotisserie fireplace and a pizza oven in the kitchen—a refreshed wine cellar, and tactile materials like reclaimed wood beams, antique French limestone, and cognac Panama leather. The primary suite was expanded and an additional guest wing was developed, providing even more room for visitors in the main house. The outdoors, of course, deserve attention as well. You’ll find extensive exterior lighting, inviting seating areas, an infinity-edge pool and spa, a bocce ball court, and a 220-tree olive grove producing an Italian varietal of olive oil.

For those who can afford the price of Seacrest’s luscious Napa Valley escape, Cyd Greer of Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley holds the listing.
