On Long Island’s picturesque North Shore, nicknamed the Gold Coast and famous for its luxurious properties, a couple has built the home of their dreams from scratch. With deep roots in the Huntington Bay community, they wanted a primary residence there that would reflect the area’s classic coastal elegance and provide them with an atmosphere of warmth and relaxation.
Architect James DeLuca, whose firm DeLuca Designs Architects has crafted custom homes from Manhattan to Montauk for over 30 years, was tasked with this highly personal project. Completed in 2024, this tasteful home has given the couple and their family a place to gather and make memories for years to come. It’s also given them peace of mind, as they can rest in the knowledge that their new primary residence is as strong as it is gorgeous.
