RUM RUNNER
Three-quarters oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced
Half oz. orange juice
Half oz. grenadine
Half oz. crème de banana liqueur
1 slice orange
Add rum, orange juice, grenadine, and crème de banana liqueur. Shake with ice and strain into a hurricane glass. Garnish with orange slice.
HURRICANE
Half oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced
Three-quarters oz. dark rum
3 oz. passion fruit juice
3 oz. mango juice
2 oz. sweet and sour mix
One lime wheel
Add spiced rum, dark rum, passion fruit or mango juice, and sweet and sour mix. Shake and pour into crushed ice-filled hurricane glass or other specialty glass. Garnish with lime wheel.
PLANTERS PUNCH
1 ½ oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
2 oz. orange juice
2 oz. pineapple juice
¼ oz. lime juice
¼ oz. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
dash grenadine
1 Maraschino cherry “flag”
Add rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, lemon juice, sugar,and grenadine. Shake with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. Garnish with cherry (speared onto a cocktail pick).
MOJITO
12 mint leaves
1 ¼ oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
1 tbs. sugar
½ oz. lime juice
2 oz. soda water
Place 10 mint leaves in bottom of glass. Add crushed ice, rum, sugar and lime juice, and muddle. Add soda water. Garnish with remaining leaves.
