A work by Beth Rundquist is mounted above the fireplace in the dining room; the abstract French 1920s landscapes are by Roland Chavenon. The iron pendants hanging above the 19th-century Spanish farm table are circa-1920s flower baskets.
In the sitting room, a mural depicts a Long Island seascape. The armchairs are from English Country Antiques and the stools are from Laurin Copen Antiques.
The custom cabinetry in the kitchen is painted Benjamin Moore’s Moonshine; the countertops are Indiana limestone. The stools are from Williams-Sonoma Home and the fixtures are from Harrington Brass Works.
In the music room, a 20th-century American zinc eagle looms over a 1912 Steinway Parlor Grand piano. The tablecloth is made from a Schumacher fabric.
The custom bookcase in the library is lined in Phillip Jeffries’ Juicy Jute Grasscloth in Tantalizing Teal. The 19th-century cow sculpture is a Christie’s purchase; the 18th-century corner chair is a family heirloom.
Mirrored sconces and an Asian gilt mirror hang above a Kohler sink in the powder room.
Pratesi bedding and a 20th-century quilt cover the bed in a guest room. A 19th-century American plaster medallion hangs on the wall, which is painted Benjamin Moore’s Blue Lapis.
In another guest room, a satinwood and ebony night table and an armchair upholstered in a silk velvet sit atop an antique Persian rug from Safavieh; the throw is from Hildreth’s Home Goods.
Barley-twist tea trolleys from English Country Antiques flank the bed in the master bedroom, which is dressed with a Zanzibar cotton ticking blanket and a pair of throw pillows from Pottery Barn. The walls and bookcase are painted Benjamin Moore’s Covington Blue.
Kingsley-Bate chaise longues with cushions upholstered in a Sunbrella fabric line the bluestone pool in the backyard.
A teak dining table and chairs, also from Kingsley-Bate, anchor the rear terrace.
