Designers Behind Hermès Flagships Worldwide Unveil Interiors for New Residential Miami Tower

Fouquet’s Hotel and Residences, the first-ever residential tower with for-sale homes in Miami’s Design District, is underway and the first peeks are serving up seriously chic energy. Likely due to the fact that the same interior design firm known for creating Hermès flagship stores worldwide designed the interiors. Paris-based RDAI brought their fashion-house experience to the new build, creating a sleek, elevated, and organic atmosphere that nods to Europe and Miami.

The building will encompass 143 residences, complete with soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize natural light, and outdoor spaces that feel more like a private, secluded oasis than a traditional terrace. And, while grandeur and refinement are visible throughout, they are not loud, but rather whispering in modern European style. The design firm focused on fostering effortless elegance with bespoke cabinetry, custom pale-champagne mullions, organic textures, and natural wood and stone that reflect the beachy scenery of Miami. Sculptural light fixtures add a bit of dazzle, of course, as do the lobby’s green, sea glass-like walls.

RDAI’s interiors will come alive within the architectural vision of Pritzker Prize–winning David Chipperfield Architects, who crafted the residential tower and the neighboring 12-story hotel with 85 rooms. Residents and guests of both sections will be able to enjoy the hotel’s five dining concepts and more than 40,000 square feet of amenities.

The development, which launched sales earlier this year and will offer the first U.S. residences managed by Fouquet’s, is expected to open its doors in 2030.
