Floyd Mayweather Asks $48M for His Glamorous Beverly Hills Mansion

Undefeated and now-retired boxer Floyd Mayweather is looking to part with his swanky Beverly Hills mansion. The buyer will have to make a knockout offer to clinch the deal, as the home is seeking a steep $48 million.

Mayweather, who has won 15 world championships, retired in 2017—the same year he reportedly bought this Los Angeles spread for $25.5 million from real estate developer Nile Niami, according to Mansion Global. The home totals 15,096 square feet, with six bedrooms and nine-and-a-half bathrooms, and has a crisp all-white exterior that leads to the glamorous, contemporary interiors.

It has everything you could imagine as well. The main residence boasts shimmering formal spaces, a black wood-paneled library, a family room, a wine cellar, a cocktail bar, and more. Amidst the hotel-like backyard with a pool, spa, and sleek fire pit, the property’s guest house includes further amenities like a movie theater with a high-end concession bar (seems like the perfect spot to host a fight night watch party), staff quarters, garage, and a fitness center.

The 47-year-old is no rookie in the ultra-luxury real estate arena. Mayweather once eyed a Tribeca penthouse and owns a $10 million compound in Las Vegas and $18 million property in Miami Beach, according to Mansion Global. In 2022, the boxer revealed that he owns nine skyscrapers in New York, Yahoo Finance reported.

Adding to the prestige, the Los Angeles property sits just down the road from the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel. Joshua Altman and Matthew Altman of Douglas Elliman share the high-profile listing.
