Mötley Crüe’s Tommy Lee Relists His Exotic Calabasas Mansion for $4.6M

After being on and off the market since 2016, according to Page Six, Tommy Lee has once again put his Calabasas home up for sale. Known as a founding member of the heavy metal band Mötley Crüe and for his relationship with Pamela Anderson, most recently documented in Hulu’s Pam & Tommy, the musician has held the Los Angeles property for quite some time. Lee purchased it in 2007 for $5.85 million and 15 years later the manse is up for grabs at $4.599 million—the same price tag it had in 2020.

The three-story mansion sits on a cul-de-sac and spans nearly 10,000 square feet. Holding a few acutely tropical details such as dark wood accents, a koi pond, and even a retractable atrium, this home has an exotic and rich vibe. Grand spaces include the kitchen and living rooms, as well as an office/library with its own balcony.

In total, the 9,991-square-foot home holds six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, certainly enough for one’s own ‘motley crew.’ The primary suite is of the most magnificent proportions with its own private pool and spa, walk-in closet and dressing room, and of course, a spacious bathroom. The other bedrooms can be found on the upper level of the home.

It’s no surprise that a Calabasas spread belonging to someone with the profession of Lee would come with a few cool extras. The lower level encourages creativity with a huge soundproof recording studio. With a home theater room and wine bar nearby, entertaining is made easy.

A frequent flyer on the market, the home is now just waiting for the right buyer to pounce. Perhaps this time around, Lee will have more luck and secure a sale. Emil Hartoonian of The Agency holds the listing.
