On an iconic Notting Hill street, a darling townhouse just listed and it’s owned by a nutritionist with a prestigious client list. Gabriela Peacock, author and founder of GP Nutrition, is parting ways with the home after nearly 14 years. Gabriela and her husband, David Peacock, are asking for £21.5 million for it, which is roughly $26.7 million.
“It looks like old London—the London you see in postcards,” Gabriela told Mansion Global. She certainly has a point. Located in West London and adorned in a white facade, the 6,530-square-foot home has been home to the couple since 2010. According to the same Mansion Global report, some of Peacock’s most notable clients are Princess Beatrice, actress Joan Collins, and musician James Blunt. Gabriela is even the godmother of Princess Beatrice’s daughter, Sienna.
Additions made by the owners helped elevate the home experience while keeping its historic charm. Across the home’s five floors, the first two are the heart. Holding an open-concept living room on the entry floor and a sleek kitchen on the garden floor, large windows help to breathe fresh air into the space.
The upper three floors hold seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, with the primary suite sitting on its own level. Complete with a spacious ensuite and dressing room, it’s a perfect place to enjoy moments of wellness. And, perhaps even daydream about nutritious recipes.
Marcus O’Brien of Sotheby’s International Realty has brought the listing to market.
