One of the first and biggest influencers on social media was Joshua Ostrovsky, who is more commonly known by his handle @TheFatJewish. With almost 10 million followers on Instagram, the 42-year-old social media personality puts out ample comedic content and memes. Right now, Ostrovsky, who is also an entrepreneur and model, is serving up content on the market instead and is selling his midcentury modern home in Miami.

The circa-1950 property is known as “The Panorama House” and was designed by architect Joseph De Brito. Midcentury modern features are evident throughout, especially with the terrazzo flooring, swaths of glass, and unique architectural angles. The private, first-floor primary suite boasts a spa-like bathroom with a steam shower. There are four other bedrooms and a total of four-and-a-half bathrooms spread throughout the 3,873-square-foot home.

Location-wise, the home sits on a half-acre corner lot in Miami Shores just across Biscayne Bay from Miami Beach. It’s ideal if you want to be close to nightlife, but not in the thick of it all the time. Instagram-worthy (duh!) and great for get-togethers, the listing also offers a swimming pool, a newly installed outdoor kitchen, and tropical-esque grounds. Should the next owner want to expand the home or add a tennis court, there is space to do so.
