‘Real Housewives’ Stars Heather and Terry Dubrow Part with Their Prestigious Beverly Hills Mansion

“Real Housewives of Orange County” star Heather Dubrow and her husband, Terry Dubrow, who has long appeared on her franchise but also stars on “Botched,” have sold their Beverly Hills mansion. The couple has said goodbye to what Heather once called on Instagram their “Dubrow dream house” just two years after buying it, and were quite motivated to sell after deciding not to renovate and move in after all. They listed it this March for $25 million, and have parted with it for $16.5 million.

Heather visited and discussed listing her 9,000-square-foot manse on the current season of RHOC, with listing agents Josh Altman of Douglas Elliman and Josh Flagg of Compass stopping by as well (who are both on the cast of “Million Dollar Listing LA”). She and Terry initially planned to embark on a three-year remodel of the prestigious property, but the longtime Bravo star explained that the project ended up being quoted $8 million over the first estimation. That and the time it would take to complete it is what ultimately convinced them to move on. Though, they did leave behind some light updates: New floors and freshly painted walls.

Built in 1946, the five-bedroom, nine-bathroom residence on 8.3 acres is a classic Beverly Hills beauty with a blend of traditional and contemporary flair. Upon entering the foyer, a grand double staircase leads into the rest of the bright interiors. Of course, it wouldn’t be a high-end 90210 home without a gated driveway, pool and spa, tennis court, and at least 15 parking spaces. Not to mention, exceptional views and privacy.

Over the decades, the keys have traded hands among icons of Hollywood, literature, and reality TV alike. Restaurateur Steve Crane owned the home before passing it on to novelist Harold Robbins in 1978. Movie producers Dino and Martha De Laurentiis purchased the property in 1986, and customized it before it landed in the Dubrows’ hands for $16.1 million, nearly as much as their recent sale.

The wealthy, reality TV power couple maintains residences in Los Angeles and Orange County, but are still in search of their ideal family home base following the $55 million sale of Chateau Dubrow in 2022. They recently shared with Bravo that they’re working on a new project on “many acres” of land in Idaho, but not to live in.
