In fact, a new owner may have to come up with a few alternatives excuses when too many people want to visit since there is ample space thanks to the 9 bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms, and 4 half baths.Walking the 450-feet of private beachfront is undoubtedly the most luxurious and peaceful part of owning this historic abode. Nixon must have thought so, too, as it’s where he wrote some memoirs after the Watergate scandal changed his place in history forever.The former president parted ways with the estate in the 1980s and now it could have a new owner for the first time in decades.
